Cruz-In Downtown Car Event

Cruz-In Downtown, Curves and Piston Ring Service help raise over $10,000 for The Rainbow Society to make a dream come true for a local girl. Cruz in Downtown, presented by Piston Ring was held on Saturday August 7th in support of The Rainbow Society,  a local charity that fulfills the dreams of local children suffering from a life-threatening illness.   Thanks to the wonderful efforts of Cruz-In organizers, Bev and John Dyck, car participants,  spectators and many other sponsors,  The Rainbow Society yielded $6,500 from the event.  A surprise addition and involvement of Curves yielded $2000 from parallel fundraisers to support this event. In addition to Piston Ring’s ongoing  sponsorship and support of the event,   Piston Ring came on board with a surprise donation to ensure that The Rainbow Society could say they received in excess of $10, 000  from this year’s event.   Thanks to everyone’s support, the funds raised will make Dream Child, Marlee”s once-in-a-lifetime dream come true when she flies out in November to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter in Orlando Florida with her family.

Help Build Bentley's Dream!

A great big thank you goes out to the The Manitoba Stampede and all of the people who came by our booth to help us make Bentley's Dream Come True. A big thank you also goes out to Bentley's family who all volunteered their time to help collect donations, along with Dream Child himself, Bentley, who worked the hardest out of everyone to collect donations.

Thanks to everyone's efforts, Bentley's dream of going to Legoland in Denmark will be coming true in August.
