EVENT OVERVIEW
The Rainbow Society's Annual Auction is our largest fundraising
event, raising approximately $125,000.00 net. With a unique theme every year, it is a fun evening
with 400 - 500 guests in attendance enjoying the live entertainment and a buffet, along
with a Live and Silent Auction.
There is a wide selection of Auction Items ranging in price
from $50.00 to $6,000.00 and
everyone always finds something to bid on. Some items that have
been up for bid in the
Live Auction in the past are: a Winnipeg Goldeyes Skysuite for
20 people, a five-course
dinner for six people in your home prepared by the Executive
Chef at Winnipeg Convention
Centre and Beat the Box office tickets including tickets to every upcoming event sponsored
by the Winnipeg Free Press. The Silent Auction is also a hit
with the guests with a variety
of 100 packages to bid on.
We are looking forward to the continued success and growth
of the Annual Auction, and we
are delighted that the Gauthier Automotive Group has been
the Premier Sponsor of this event
since 1997.
